Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Analytics Manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for supporting our paid media analytics capability, driving business growth, and fostering a culture of innovation. You'll work closely with our marketing teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement data-driven solutions, and measure the impact of our efforts.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our paid media landscape, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing data-driven solutions to drive business growth
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify areas for optimization, develop and implement data-driven strategies, and measure the impact of our efforts
- Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate complex insights to stakeholders, driving business decisions and informing strategic initiatives
- Develop and maintain a range of data models, including SQL, MicroStrategy, Tableau, and other data visualization tools
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges, develop data-driven solutions, and measure the impact of our efforts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within our analytics team
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or data science
- 5+ years of experience in a business analytics or data science role, with a strong focus on paid media and marketing analytics
- High-level SQL experience, with a strong understanding of data modeling and data visualization
- Experience with at least one industry-leading data visualization tool, such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or data science
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Strong passion for data-driven decision-making, with a desire to drive business growth and innovation
- Experience with programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C#, or statistical programming languages, such as R or SAS
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, with a strong understanding of data modeling and data visualization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
