Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge to join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for providing personalized support to our clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and exceeding their expectations. This is a remote chat professional role, and you'll have the opportunity to work from home while making a meaningful impact on our clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Concierge, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing the Client's First approach to understand and meet the needs of our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with our food and beverage partners to meet the requirements of our clients
  • Providing travel counsel and making reservations on behalf of our clients
  • Offering personalized recommendations and solutions to our clients, exceeding their expectations and building long-term relationships
  • Working closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, providing support and guidance as needed

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium service environment
  • Carrier, lounge, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience, is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our clients and colleagues
  • Proactive and solution-focused approach, with a strong ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in web-based applications and ability to adapt to new technology platforms
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a strong commitment to meeting the needs of our clients

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Strong knowledge of the travel industry and related technologies
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
