As an Experienced Full Stack IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business success. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
* Resolve and close tickets/work orders supporting end-client workstations and peripherals
- Answer client care issues raised from the Helpdesk
- Contribute to workstation projects (global deployments/renovations) as a project team member
- Remotely diagnose and resolve issues using remote tools
- Investigate and collaborate with other departments to resolve framework-related issues
- Record client interactions in incident management software, including resource management
- Recover data from hard drives or perform data migration
- Maintain remote access for virtual private network (VPN) availability and remote/broadband connectivity for workstations
- Install and configure local and network-based printers
- Perform security support
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be prepared to travel as required
- Follow management direction, adhering to IT strategy and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Need for Success
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience and training
- 2 years of hands-on IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC workstation software and hardware issues
- First-hand experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment
- Preferred Qualifications:
+ A+ certification + MCSE/MCP certification + Past IT experience in an aircraft/airport environment + Knowledge of workflow and tagging systems + Familiarity with VPN networks and ability to troubleshoot issues + Ability to work independently and act in a collaborative, team-based environment + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
