Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our team and drive business growth through data-driven insights and recommendations. As a Senior Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough analyses, developing data-driven insights, creating high-impact solutions, and delivering precise results to partners and stakeholders
• Presenting findings with a clear perspective and compelling narrative to inform business decisions
• Designing, developing, and maintaining adaptable self-service tools and dashboards that align with departmental objectives, enabling cross-functional partners to access data and identify key insights
• Collaborating with Product, Design, and Configuration teams to identify areas of opportunity, develop and execute follow-up plans, and influence prioritization decisions with data
• Training departmental colleagues on best practices, technical skills, and developments in our organization's data architecture

Responsibilities

• Present findings with a clear perspective and compelling narrative to inform business decisions
• Design, develop, and maintain adaptable self-service tools and dashboards that align with departmental objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity and develop follow-up plans
• Train departmental colleagues on best practices, technical skills, and developments in our organization's data architecture
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform data-driven decision-making

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or Economics

• 2+ years of work experience in a relevant field, preferably in business analysis, strategy, startup/tech, or marketing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication style to the audience
• Strong technical skills, with experience using data from multiple sources to solve complex problems, tell a story, and inform business decisions
• Proficiency in SQL/Eden, Google Cloud Platform, and Excel/Google Sheets
• Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Google Data Studio, Looker, or similar
• Familiarity with Python/Git is a plus, but not required
