Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide friendly and courteous support to customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer interactions, maintaining a positive and respectful atmosphere.
  • Handle customer transactions, including processing payments, making change, and balancing daily transactions.
  • Manage customer complaints and issues, resolving them efficiently and in accordance with arenaflex's policies and procedures.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, fares, and travel requirements.
  • Complete forms and reports as required by the organization.
  • Write incident and complaint reports as necessary.
  • Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to type or use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the demands of the role.
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions, learn and comprehend tagging procedures, rules, and guidelines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve quick turnaround of aircraft.
  • Ability to provide a well-groomed appearance, adhering to the Ground Tasks Representative Handbook and Work Arrangement.
  • Ability to perform all job duties within a confined space.
  • Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in person, and on public address systems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to convey information and directions verbally or via radio equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline industry.

  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with computerized retail location systems and other technology used in the airline industry.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
