Key Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly and courteous support to customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Handle customer transactions, including processing payments, making change, and balancing daily transactions.

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, fares, and travel requirements.
- Complete forms and reports as required by the organization.
- Write incident and complaint reports as necessary.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to type or use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the demands of the role.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions, learn and comprehend tagging procedures, rules, and guidelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve quick turnaround of aircraft.
- Ability to provide a well-groomed appearance, adhering to the Ground Tasks Representative Handbook and Work Arrangement.
- Ability to perform all job duties within a confined space.
- Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in person, and on public address systems.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to convey information and directions verbally or via radio equipment.

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline industry.
