Experienced Customer Service Representative – Delivering Exceptional Experiences for arenaflex Clients

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Customer Service Team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the voice of arenaflex, working to build relationships with our customers and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide compassionate support to customers with post-purchase issues, such as delivery questions, damages, returns, substitutions, assembly services, and order notifications

  • Handle a high volume of calls, with an expected 50-60 calls per shift, in a fast-paced and highly organized environment
  • Meet our superior performance bar by exceeding customer satisfaction, achieving customer support effectiveness metrics, and completing other assigned tasks
  • Expertly connect with customers, building relationships and resolving issues in a first-contact resolution approach
  • Listen effectively and show empathy to understand customer concerns and find solutions to address their needs
  • De-escalate customer concerns, utilizing your conflict resolution skills to adjust customer needs with business options while remaining calm and composed
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to customer issues, thinking systematically to resolve problems in a first-contact resolution approach
  • Be educated and versatile, navigating multiple programs, tabs, tools, and systems to quickly and effectively answer customer questions
  • Raise foundational issues, identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to management
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with new technologies and processes to provide exceptional customer support

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish and English fluently
  • Familiarity with working within Windows Operating Systems or similar
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal downtime
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
