Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients via telephone, email, and online channels
- Managing both inbound and outbound calls to ensure timely and effective resolution of client queries
- Proactively identifying solutions to common client questions and concerns
- Adopting a customer-centric approach to resolving each issue, collaborating with internal teams as needed

Essential Capabilities
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- To live in the state of Utah
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of professional experience working with computers and electronic devices
- Experience multitasking with telephone and computer skills
- A designed broadband internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
- Ability to adjust your schedule regularly (every 4 weeks), with a 14-day advance notice
- A private and distraction-free home environment, allowing you to focus on client interactions during work hours
Preferred Capabilities
While not essential, the following skills and experiences will be highly valued:
- 1+ years of significant telephone or email customer support experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience working in a customer support or call center environment
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team member
