Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via telephone, email, and online channels
  • Managing both inbound and outbound calls to ensure timely and effective resolution of client queries
  • Proactively identifying solutions to common client questions and concerns
  • Adopting a customer-centric approach to resolving each issue, collaborating with internal teams as needed
  • Providing top-tier service experience to clients in a fast-paced environment
  • Assisting clients with queries regarding their protection and copays
  • Offering technical support to clients while navigating pharmacy.amazon.com
  • Responding promptly to client requests to ensure a positive and engaging experience
  • Recognizing that every interaction is an opportunity to build a long-term relationship with our clients

We're Looking for Contenders in the Following Areas:

Essential Capabilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • To live in the state of Utah
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of professional experience working with computers and electronic devices
  • Experience multitasking with telephone and computer skills
  • A designed broadband internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
  • Ability to adjust your schedule regularly (every 4 weeks), with a 14-day advance notice
  • A private and distraction-free home environment, allowing you to focus on client interactions during work hours

Preferred Capabilities

While not essential, the following skills and experiences will be highly valued:

  • 1+ years of significant telephone or email customer support experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience working in a customer support or call center environment
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team member
