Key Responsibilities:

As an IT Business Analyst at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining the operational efficiency of our data entry and IT systems
• Collaborating with IT teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and identify areas for improvement
• Implementing process enhancements and best practices to optimize IT operations
• Developing and maintaining documentation for IT processes and procedures
• Providing proactive and break-fix support for IT-related issues
• Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of IT services and equipment
• Maintaining accurate records of IT maintenance and repairs

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in IT operations, data entry, or project management
• Strong understanding of IT systems, data entry processes, and project management principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

• Experience with IT project management tools and software

Preferred Qualifications:
