Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Oklahoma. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through phone and in-person interactions. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and promote arenaflex services in a friendly and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and in-person visits in a timely and efficient manner
- Determine customer needs and provide proper solutions, including answering general questions about arenaflex.com and investigating complex issues related to online orders, tracking, and deliveries
- Consider and offer rewards as needed
- Work as the primary contact between arenaflex.com customers, merchants, purchasing, and activities staff
- Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens while on the phone or interacting with customers
- Utilize critical thinking and decisive reasoning skills to resolve request/item/conveyance issues
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Internet Business Part Administration Specialist Certificate after completion of a 14-day training class
- Past customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Strong foundation in customer service, including excellent interpersonal skills, brief friendly assistance, and exceptional closure
- Ability to adapt and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take ownership and resolve issues
- Ability to exhibit learning and thinking skills
- Strong time management skills
- Bilingual capabilities a plus
