Job Summary

As a Customer Engagement Marketing Professional at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our customer engagement goals. You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement strategies that drive customer loyalty, retention, and advocacy. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the execution of arenaflex's customer engagement marketing initiatives, including social media, email, and content marketing campaigns
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives
• Analyzing customer data and market trends to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance
• Creating and curating engaging content that resonates with our target audience
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors

What We're Looking For

Fundamental Capabilities:

+ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including process streams and documentation + Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision + Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on quality and accuracy

Required Training:

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field + Currently enrolled in a certified school/college taking at least one class in the semester/quarter preceding support in the internship program + Or, have graduated from a school/college in at least six months + Or, currently participating in a Disney School Program or Disney Professional Internship

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in customer engagement marketing, social media marketing, or a related field + Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions + Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and presentations
