The Role
As a Full Stack Data Science Manager at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models that transform our web and cloud application experiences. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our data science capabilities and driving business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models that transform our web and cloud application experiences
- Work with large data sets to identify insights and opportunities that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure data-driven solutions meet business needs
- Mentor and lead a team of data scientists to drive innovation and excellence in data science capabilities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data science and AI to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, etc.) with a strong background in data science and AI
- Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field with a strong background in data science and AI is a plus
- Proven experience in developing and implementing AI and machine learning models that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Strong programming skills in a logical language (Python, R, etc.) and experience with data sets (Hive, SQL, etc.)
- Familiarity with SAS is a plus, but not required
- Strong understanding of AI and factual calculations like deep learning and supporting
- Experience with data representation is a plus
- Proven ability to approach business issues into numerical programming issues and influence outside thinking and devices to design an answer and convey business experiences
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a large data environment with modern tools and technologies
- Strong understanding of cloud-based data platforms and experience with cloud-based data storage and processing
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and experience with data storytelling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
