Key Responsibilities
As a REMOTE Patient Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to patients to schedule appointments for medical offices. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that patients feel informed, empowered, and confident in their healthcare decisions. Your daily tasks will include:
- Making outbound calls to patients to schedule appointments for medical offices
- Confirming and updating patient information in the scheduling system

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years call center experience (medical scheduling experience a plus)
- Strong phone communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment with reliable internet and quiet workspace
- Proficient with computer systems and scheduling software
- Full-time availability, Monday–Friday
