About the Role

As our VP, Underwriting Operations and Customer Experience Strategist, you'll lead our customer advocacy and customer-focused executive team, stewarding the customer experience journey and delivering seamless experiences that meet our customers' evolving needs. You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop, build, and lead a best-in-class customer experience that leverages current expectations of users and partners, and is informed by benchmarking and best practices focused on top digital experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive customer experience strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
• Leading a high-performing team of customer experience professionals, including customer success, agent experiences, and underwriting operations
• Establishing key relationships with leaders inside and outside of the organization to ensure excellent customer experience and outcomes
• Managing key performance metrics, including financial and productivity metrics, to inform strategic decision-making
• Developing and implementing processes and policies to ensure seamless customer experiences, including policies, endorsements, escalations, and resolutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue

The Right Stuff

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a senior operating role leading customer-facing organizations, with a proven track record of delivering results
• 10+ years of overall P&C Insurance Industry experience, with advanced knowledge of the industry and a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset, with the ability to use data and metrics to inform strategic decision-making
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
