As a key member of our Inside Sales team, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

About the Role

As an Experienced New Customer Acquisition Representative I, you will be responsible for selling blithequark's products and services to new and existing clients, developing and expanding accounts remotely via telephone or other electronic means. Your primary focus will be on maintaining and growing the revenue stream through renewal management, cross-sell, and up-sell of new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients as a trusted advisor on blithequark solutions

  • Prospect, qualify, and process leads from various lead generation sources to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet annual quota objectives
  • Grow the revenue stream by identifying new logo opportunities, win-back opportunities, and close cross-sell opportunities
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition to prospective customers through a consultative process to ensure successful conversions
  • Maintain consistent and accurate data in Salesforce to support territory, account planning, and forecasting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Pre-sales, Client Success, Marketing, Data, Product, Delivery, and Customer Service

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree: Required

  • Years of Relevant Experience: 2 to 4 years
  • Minimum of two (2) years of high-value, business-to-business, solution sales experience
  • Proven success in new customer acquisition
  • Highly driven, focused, and committed with a proven track record of consistent sales achievement

Essential Skills and/or Certifications

• Strong phone presence with active listening, negotiation, and closing skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to manage and report on opportunities throughout the various stages within the sales pipeline
  • Salesforce expertise a plus
  • Ability to operate in a high-velocity, metrics-driven sales organization
  • Positive "can-do" attitude, sense of urgency, and strong desire to be successful
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a continuous growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt
