As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be at the forefront of our customer care efforts, working closely with clients to resolve their queries, concerns, and needs. Responsibilities:

* Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions

  • Upsell products and features while emphasizing their benefits and value
  • Demonstrate exceptional soft skills to deliver a world-class customer service experience
  • Provide information about current plans and products, and identify new solutions that align with customers' needs
  • Navigate multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer queries efficiently

Requirements:

* High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps (no satellite)

  • A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Quiet, secure workspace with minimal distractions

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette

  • Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends
