As an Entry-Level Benefits Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our policyholders. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients virtually with enrolling in and understanding their benefits packages
• Delivering personalized support to policyholders, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Conducting virtual consultations and presentations to educate policyholders about our products and services
• Developing in-depth knowledge of our products and communicating them with clarity and professionalism
• Maintaining accurate client records and managing follow-ups effectively

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
