Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Technical Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact between our customers and internal teams. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing orders, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely project delivery
  • Providing exceptional customer service, addressing queries, and resolving post-sale concerns
  • Collaborating with Sales, Estimating, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Analyzing and verifying technical product specifications and order details
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets, databases, and reports to track customer interactions and project progress
  • Troubleshooting issues related to orders, shipping, or item setup
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction from initial contact to final delivery

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A strong background in customer service or account coordination, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Solid technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, data entry, and working knowledge of ERP or CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure
  • Experience in manufacturing, displays, or retail support is a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:

  • Experience working with ERP or CRM systems, particularly in a manufacturing or retail environment
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Knowledge of display manufacturing processes and retail industry trends
  • Certification in customer service, account management, or a related field
