Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer questions and concerns through a live chat dashboard
• Assisting with login issues, order confirmations, account updates, and billing
• Using saved responses and written workflows to stay on-brand and deliver consistent support
• Flagging complex technical or billing issues for escalation to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Tracking and tagging each interaction clearly and accurately to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintaining a professional, polite, and solution-focused tone in all responses to ensure a positive customer experience

Pay & Schedule Details

* Starting at $25/hour

• Raise eligibility to $30–$35/hour after 30 shifts with strong performance and QA scores
• Flexible shifts, with blocks available 24/7, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• You can work as little as 15 or as much as 40 hours per week

Training Path

Our comprehensive training program includes:

• 2 hours of onboarding videos to get you up to speed on our systems and processes
• Practice chat sessions with templates to help you develop your skills and confidence
• One live supervised shift with feedback to ensure you're ready to go live
• Go live within 3–5 business days, with ongoing support and training to help you succeed
