Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch support to our clients through various communication channels. Your exceptional problem-solving skills, combined with your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, will make you an invaluable asset to our team. You'll work closely with our clients, merchants, and internal teams to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide personalized support that exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chats, providing prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries

  • Resolve complex issues related to online orders, follow-ups, and deliveries, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens while on the phone or responding to chats
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including purchasing and activities staff, to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Provide exceptional customer service, promoting a positive and friendly experience for our clients
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity

Essential Qualifications

* Secondary School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Internet Business Customer Service Specialist Certificate (or willingness to obtain within 14 days)
  • Previous customer service experience (preferably in a call center or remote support environment)
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
  • Proficiency with computer software and technology, including writing speed of at least 30 wpm

Preferred Qualifications

* Strong foundation in customer service, including excellent relational skills, brief and friendly assistance, and exceptional closing skills

  • Ability to adapt and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Capacity to take ownership and resolve issues independently
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities (an asset)
