Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with return mail operations, including triaging, identifying, and querying new address information for correspondence using a variety of internal and external resources and databases.
  • Making outbound phone calls to members to verify address information.
  • Utilizing multiple database programs and platforms to accurately and efficiently update member information.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communication skills to resolve member inquiries and concerns.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and data exchange.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to data entry standards and quality control procedures.

Qualification & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in data entry skills.
  • Experience in call center operations, with a focus on clear communication, patience, and critical thinking.
  • Medicare experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
