Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Associate Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with return mail operations, including triaging, identifying, and querying new address information for correspondence using a variety of internal and external resources and databases.
- Making outbound phone calls to members to verify address information.
- Utilizing multiple database programs and platforms to accurately and efficiently update member information.
- Providing exceptional customer service and communication skills to resolve member inquiries and concerns.

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to data entry standards and quality control procedures.
Qualification & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in data entry skills.
- Experience in call center operations, with a focus on clear communication, patience, and critical thinking.
- Medicare experience is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
