The Role

As a Work Process Frameworks Examiner at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our work process tooling. You'll work closely with our Stage Services and Tasks team to design and develop critical work process frameworks at scale. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating top-tier design experiences, efficient workflows, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Conveying valuable insights: Develop and present actionable recommendations to drive work process improvements, leveraging data analysis and visualization to inform decision-making.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Engage with partners across the organization to provide training and support on work process best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Designing and implementing work process frameworks: Develop and deploy scalable work process tooling, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
• Analyzing and reporting work processes: Investigate and document work processes, identifying areas for improvement and developing data-driven solutions to optimize efficiency.
• Driving client connections: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, presenting insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

Key Capabilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

2+ years of experience

in software development, data analysis, or technical project management.

Proven experience

in driving execution across diverse partner groups towards a unified objective.

Strong understanding

of SDLC and Quality Management principles.

Ability to blend key performance metrics

, present strategy and process suggestions to all levels of management.

Successful experience

in investigating and reporting work processes into work process graphs.

Proficiency in working with data

Strong communication skills

Education and Experience
