We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to provide exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat communications. As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, and your primary responsibility will be to deliver world-class customer service while maintaining a high level of professionalism and positivity. This is a part-time opportunity, working 20 hours per week, with shifts between 9am and 3pm PST.Key Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls while maintaining a high level of professionalism and establish a positive rapport with every customer.
- Learn and utilize computer system applications to accurately process transactions and maintain customer data.
- Educate customers on products and services via phone, email, and chat communications.
- Provide basic troubleshooting for customers including product knowledge, recommendations, and problem resolution.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal customers and team members.
- Stay informed on all communications and training to ensure accurate protocols are followed.
- Build knowledge of relevant company products, processes, programs, and technology.
- Participate in other related duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
What We're Looking For

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic math and computer skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and/or Dynamics 365 is a plus.

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll enjoy:- A competitive hourly salary range of $20.29 - $25.00 (WA); $18.67 - $23.00 (NV); $17.45 - $21.50 (AZ, ID, MT), depending on experience.
