The Role

As a remote work from home contractor with blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email. You'll be the face of our brand, and your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and empathetic tone will make all the difference in delivering outstanding customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize technology, including computer applications and software, to efficiently manage customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction and first-call resolution rates
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure data integrity and compliance

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner

  • Proven track record in customer service, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages

Technology and Equipment Requirements:

* Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets, Chromebooks, and mobile devices are not permitted)

  • Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity
  • Operating system of Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
  • Windows Defender Anti-Virus Installed and Active (other versions for AppleOS may be accepted)
  • Smartphone needed for daily authentication

Work Environment Requirements:

* Quiet and dedicated work area, free from background noise and distractions

  • Reliable and stable internet connection, with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision

Contractual Relationship:

The relationship between you and blithequark is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with blithequark. blithequark will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with blithequark. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against blithequark hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, workers compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.

Earnings and Revenue:

Earnings vary by client, ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Revenue is determined by your phone status when assisting customers. Additional incentives can be available based on blithequark and client minimum targets.
