Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling general product enquiries, addressing customer concerns, and providing solutions to meet their needs
  • Managing changes to orders, resolving shipping issues, and facilitating returns, exchanges, and refunds
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Providing proactive support to prevent customer issues from arising in the first place
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating relevant systems
