Position Overview

As a Bilingual Customer Resolution Specialist, you'll be responsible for investigating Egencia Service Failures and providing high-quality responses and resolutions to customers. Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Investigate incidents and carry out in-depth analysis to understand the root cause
  • Communicate incident resolutions to clients, ensuring quality, clarity, and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Investigate all possibilities to reduce any loss to Egencia
  • Categorize incidents appropriately, ensuring clarity in business reporting
  • Ensure high standards of quality and accuracy in all communication with clients
  • Support the Team Leader in training and coaching new joiners or less experienced staff

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
  • Extensive experience in Amadeus GDS
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar position in investigation and resolution, preferably in the IT, banking, or travel industry
  • Knowledge of Salesforce will be a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to think creatively to resolve issues
  • Empathy and ability to understand an issue from several viewpoints
