As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key tasks will include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns

Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues

*

Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate

*

Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments

*

Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

*

Providing feedback on call issues

*

Upselling when required

Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment

6 months of customer service experience preferred

*

Over 18 years of age

*

Ability to type 25 wpm

*

High School Graduate or GED

*

Comfort with desktop computer systems

*

Proven oral and written communication skills

*

Logical problem-solving skills

*

Ability to navigate Windows operating systems

*

Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure your success as a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Must be able to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 11, Wired Ethernet LAN connection, Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted), a minimum of 4GB RAM

Internet Requirements:

Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 15.0 Mbps

Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 5.0 Mbps

*

ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms

*

Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN

*

Proof of internet speed required
