Job Overview

As a Customer Experience and Operations Assistant at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring every aspect of our customer experience is positive and seamless. Your primary focus will be on providing administrative support, handling customer communications, and assisting with day-to-day operations. You will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone and email, and providing timely and effective solutions to their queries. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure every customer interaction is positive and professional, providing exceptional support via phone and email
  • Assist with day-to-day operations, including administrative support, processing reports, and performing light accounts receivable/payable work
  • Handle customer communications in a timely and effective manner, resolving issues and providing solutions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, utilizing Excel/Google Sheets and Word/Google Docs to manage data and reports
  • Collaborate with the team to prioritize projects, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Participate in occasional Saturday classroom sessions (approximately once per month), providing on-site support and ensuring a seamless customer experience

Requirements and Qualifications
