Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, providing expert guidance and support to our valued customers. Your primary objectives will include:

  • Handling both inbound and outbound calls with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Providing expert guidance and support to subscribers experiencing identity theft issues, as well as offering product and technical support.
  • Troubleshooting account issues and assisting customers in logging into their online portal.
  • Initiating Zendesk tickets for the IT department and ensuring accurate case creation for restoration cases.
  • Identifying next steps for subscribers through active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintaining strong knowledge of blithequark's products and services to effectively assist customers.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong formal oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Dependability and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and exceeding performance expectations.
  • Ability to navigate multiple software applications, including CRM systems and other productivity tools.
  • High proficiency in typing and computer comprehension, with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.

Nice-to-Haves:

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience in customer-centric roles, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Familiarity with identity protection services, including the ability to provide expert guidance and support.
