The Role

As an Off-Site Work Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data. You will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into company databases and systems, reviewing and verifying data to ensure consistency with company standards, and identifying and correcting data discrepancies. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in meeting our productivity targets and ensuring the highest level of data quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems in a timely manner.

  • Review and verify data to ensure accuracy and consistency with company standards.
  • Identify, investigate, and correct data discrepancies and report any recurring issues.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets for data entry tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with internal team members to understand data needs and resolve queries.
  • Follow all data entry procedures and adhere to company policies while working remotely.

Qualifications

Proven experience

in a data entry or similar role, with strong attention to detail and a proven track record of accuracy.

Proficiency in English

Compensation and Benefits
