Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Documenting call-related information accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining and updating customer information to ensure seamless interactions
  • Upselling current customers on new or enhanced services to meet their evolving needs

Essential Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
