Job Summary
As an Experienced Specimen Management Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care and support to our clients. Your primary focus will be on specimen management, including specimen preparation, processing, and shipping. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations, high-quality results, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the management of daily tasks and processes to ensure efficient operations
- Drive the team in their daily cycles and methodologies to achieve high-quality results
- Help prepare research center specimens for investigation and testing
- Administer the transportation of specimens to their individual preparation areas
- Support process enhancements and best practices to improve efficiency and quality
- Perform quality control checks to guarantee productivity and accuracy
- Resolve any production errors as reported by management
- Examine and resolve any production errors while escalating when necessary
- Participate in continuous cycle and service level enhancements
- Perform quality affirmation checks to guarantee productivity and precision
- Authorize and oversee strategies and techniques
- Perform administrative tasks on a case-by-case basis
Work Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
- 3 years of significant experience; ideally in a clinical research setting
- Previous leadership experience is an asset
- Experience with laboratory activities, as well as strategies and systems is highly desirable
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- High level of attention to detail and prioritization abilities
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the position

As a full-time or part-time representative working at least 24 hours per week, you will be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including:
