This role involves studying market trends, understanding customer behavior, and analyzing competitors to help us make smart decisions and improve our products. You will be part of a fast-moving, startup-like environment where your work makes a big difference. What you'll do: Market Research: ● Market Research: Conduct research to find out about industry trends, market opportunities, and customer needs. ● Competitive Analysis: Evaluate competitors' products, pricing, and marketing strategies to find ways we can stand out. ● Customer Insights: Work with different teams to collect and analyze customer feedback and data and turn these insights into recommendations. ● Data Reporting: Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to share findings with stakeholders. ● Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry news, new technologies, and regulations that affect our industry. About you: ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. ● Experience: Proven experience as a research analyst or market analyst within the technology or SaaS industry. ● Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (like Excel, SQL, Power BI). Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex information clearly. ● Mindset: Strategic thinker with critical thinking skills and the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies. ● Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently. The final salary for this position will be determined in Relish’s sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Relish’s business and other operational considerations.
