Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Store 1624-Colonial Prom-maurices-Fultondale, AL 35068. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building wardrobes, and maintaining store presentation. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, building authentic connections with customers and advising on style and fit
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and styling options

• Operate our modern store technology, including POS, payment systems, tablets, and headsets for communication
• Support the shipment process, gaining awareness of new products and contributing to omni-order fulfillment

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• At least 16 years of age
• A willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
