Your Role

As a Remote Live Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for managing live chat communications on our clients' websites and social media platforms using tools like Facebook Messenger. Your primary goal will be to assist customers by responding to inquiries, providing information on products and services, and offering discounts. You'll also be expected to:
