The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our work from home team, providing exceptional support to customers via phone. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries related to blithequark's cruises, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise-related travel inquiries. Your primary goal will be to deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Handle customer complaints and concerns, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on blithequark's products and services, including new developments and promotions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computer software and phone systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in the travel or hospitality industry

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
