Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Associates at our blithequark Locker+ retail locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring seamless package delivery and returns, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist customers with questions, concerns, and issues, providing personalized support and resolving problems in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, utilizing critical thinking and creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's high standards for quality and safety
  • Manage responsibilities for a blithequark Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring seamless operations
  • Utilize technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and systems
  • Receive truck deliveries, verifying shipments and ensuring accurate receipt of packages

Physical Requirements

In this role, you will be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You will also need to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Additionally, you may be required to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and go up and down stairs (where applicable).

Work Schedule

We offer flexible scheduling options, with part-time shifts available between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week. You will need to be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Our blithequark Locker+ locations are designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and convenient experience for our customers. As a Customer Service Associate, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, interacting with customers and colleagues to deliver exceptional service. You can expect:

  • Safety: We prioritize your safety, providing safe working conditions and protective gear as needed
  • Surroundings: You will work behind a counter, interacting with customers in a retail environment, which may include Whole Foods Market, freestanding locations, partner retailers, or warehouse lobbies
  • Activity: You will be on your feet for the majority of your shift, helping customers and sorting packages
  • Temperature: Our blithequark Locker+ locations are in comfortable, climate-controlled environments
  • Noise level: Sound levels are minimal, similar to those found in a grocery store
  • Dress code: We maintain a relaxed dress code, with a few rules to follow for safety, including comfortable, closed-toe shoes and protective safety footwear in select business units

To be successful in this role, you will need to:
