Job Overview

As a Commercial Chat Service Trainee, you will be an integral part of our MBA Digital Service Team, engaging with members logged into their online portal or mobile app. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and accurate manner. You will become an expert in all Commercial group and Individual (ON/OFF Marketplace) Medical policies, with the opportunity to learn the Dental line of business. This position offers a unique chance to work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers via multiple channels, including chat, telephone calls, emails, and written correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving, investigating, and resolving all customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner

• Ensuring all customer communication is professional, grammatically correct, and clearly documented
• Educating customers to ensure resolution is achieved on first contact
