Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Working with large, messy, disparate datasets to perform ad-hoc analyses and inform essential business decisions
• Creating ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load) or strategies that pull data from multiple sources and centralize it in a single table
• Developing data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and specific business challenges
• Engaging with team members and cross-functional groups on a periodic basis to establish credibility and analyze stakeholder needs
• Partnering with Operations, Finance, and Product groups to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and latency across multiple operations and systems
• Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate tasks for reporting (screenshots, metrics prioritization, and outlier recognition)
• Documenting your approaches and sharing your expertise with colleagues, as well as mentoring them as you become a Subject Matter Expert

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to govern data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience)
• Creativity with a User Experience (UX) basis to develop impactful Tableau dashboards (1-2 years of experience)
• Business Operations Fluency, with the ability to recognize and root out business problems (Supply Chain background, ideally with transportation experience)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, advanced experience with SQL and Tableau, as well as experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations, would be a significant asset. Additionally, experience with Python or other scripting languages, as well as data manipulation tools like Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc., would be beneficial.
