Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their customer inquiries and concerns. You'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Your flexibility, adaptability, and passion for continuous improvement will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in accordance with client and company policies and federal regulations

  • Provide customer support through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Follow strict work instructions, security verifications, and SOPs that may vary
  • Adapt to continual changes to work instructions and procedures as needed
  • Meet expectations for all balance scorecard metrics; demonstrate improvement over time
  • Follow proper escalation and de-escalation procedures for unsolved customer requests
  • Maintain productivity in accordance with support program and company standards
  • Attend and participate in required training sessions
  • Follow all safety, ethics, human resources, and security policies and procedures
  • Must keep all systems open and be responsive to management during working hours

Qualifications

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and speaking skills
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Familiarity with federal regulations and industry standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
