Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier customer service through live chat support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer live chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, taking ownership of each case and ensuring that the customer leaves with a smile on their face.
  • Assisting with order processing, account management, and product or service inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software, ensuring that every conversation is documented and easily accessible.
  • Following up with customers to ensure that issues are resolved and expectations are met, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Providing feedback to management to improve the customer support process, helping us to continually refine and enhance our services.
  • Meeting daily and weekly performance KPIs and metrics, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a drive to succeed.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or chat support is preferred, but not essential. What's more important is your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
