Your Role

As a Sales & Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering Inbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Making Outbound Calls: Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
• Maintaining Composure: Stay calm and composed in escalated situations, always prioritizing the customer's experience.
• Building Customer Relationships: Develop strong, lasting relationships with our customers, earning their loyalty and trust.
• Operating Accurately & Efficiently: Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple responsibilities with ease and precision.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Think critically and creatively to resolve complex issues and find innovative solutions.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1 Year of Call Center or Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility: Be willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and events.
• Computer Proficiency: Demonstrate basic computer skills and familiarity with applications.
• Self-Motivation: Possess confidence and self-motivation techniques to drive your success.
• Age and Education Requirements: Be at least 18 years old and possess a High School diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• 2+ Years of Call Center or Customer Service Experience: Additional experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing.
• Certifications or Training: Relevant certifications or training in customer service, sales, or a related field.
