As a Part-Time Customer Service Lead, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with our Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Supervisor to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Lead, you'll be responsible for leading day-to-day customer service initiatives, inspiring and motivating our associates to provide exceptional, friendly, and professional service at all times. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Modeling company core values and Our blithequark philosophy: You'll embody our company's values and philosophy, setting the tone for a positive and customer-centric work environment.
  • Driving improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys: You'll maintain a customer-first focus, delivering a consistently great experience to all our customers with a high level of professionalism.
  • Maintaining a neat and orderly front end area: You'll troubleshoot issues with registers and transactions, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
  • Coordinating meal and break periods and monitoring schedule adherence: You'll ensure our team is well-rested and ready to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required. You'll also need to be physically able to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more, as well as stand and walk for extended periods of time.
