Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Remote Data Entry Specialists to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations support team, you will be responsible for accurately processing and entering data into our systems, verifying the accuracy of entries, and troubleshooting any discrepancies. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure that the information collected aligns with company procedures and standards. This position offers flexible hours, allowing you to choose a schedule that works best for you while ensuring all tasks are completed within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately input and maintain data in the company's databases

  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness
  • Resolve discrepancies in data entries and correct errors as needed
  • Assist in the development of data entry procedures and best practices
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure consistency and quality of data
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance data management skills
  • Provide reports and summaries of data entry activities as required

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support
  • Excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 40 WPM
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related administrative position
