Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Professional at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, video chat, or other means of communication as appropriate, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Supporting customers by troubleshooting problems and finding solutions, demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach.
  • Handling all conversations in a tactful yet assertive manner, providing friendly service while maintaining accountability for quality of work.
  • Documenting all communications on the appropriate channels (CRM system) as required, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Maintaining excellent knowledge of all company products/services and industry trends to accurately answer questions and provide pertinent information about competitors.
  • Staying up-to-date with CRM software and utilizing it effectively to manage customer interactions and data.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
