Responsibilities
As a part-time Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet our high standards
- Providing detailed information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to build strong relationships with their customers
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that inform our clients' sales and marketing strategies
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the automotive industry
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although this is not essential
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies
- A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results
- A strong understanding of the importance of great customer service and a passion for building strong relationships with customers
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
- Own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
- Be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT
- Be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday
