Job Summary
As a Part-Time Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our card members. You will be the face of blithequark, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Your exceptional communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide friendly and professional service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their requirements
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers, ensuring that they have a seamless experience
- Assist in product selection, suggesting alternatives and options where applicable
- Make business transactions, manage money, and process payments with precision
- Keep the sales area clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is displayed correctly
- Monitor product status and assist with returns and exchanges
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team marketing goals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
- Stay connected with product knowledge, promotions, and company policy
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols
Essential Qualifications
* Previous sales or customer experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills and friendly approachable behavior
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills and the ability to manage financial transactions
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Flexible working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of the products/services offered by blithequark is a plus

Compensation and Benefits
* Pay range: $20.00 to $21.65 hourly + bonus + benefits
