Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team and help us drive business growth through data-driven insights. As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders. You'll work closely with our Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty teams to develop data-driven solutions that improve customer experience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns

• Develop data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Work closely with our Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty teams to develop data-driven solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations to improve business processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in online business stage development
• Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

• Experience working with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
• Certification in data science or a related field (e.g. Google Data Analytics Certification, Power BI Certification)
