Job Summary
As an Experienced Sr. Analyst – Data Entry and Business Operations Expert, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency through data analysis, process improvement, and team leadership. You will work closely with our store and HR partners in the field to identify and address concerns, and develop and implement solutions to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead task groups of experts and other partners to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Perform data gathering tasks, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and implement solutions to drive business results, including project planning, data usage, and process optimization
- Produce reports and presentations for senior leaders and stakeholders to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with store and HR partners to drive business results and improve operational efficiency
- Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance and drive business growth
- Conduct regular analysis and reporting to senior leaders and stakeholders to inform business decisions and drive growth
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a field related to business, operations, or data analysis
- 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in data analysis, process improvement, and team leadership
- Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and insights
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to senior leaders and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
* 3 years of experience in a retail or field-based environment, with a strong understanding of store operations and customer needs
- Experience driving high-performing teams and developing and implementing training programs to improve team performance
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and customer needs
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
