Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound phone calls. This is not a traditional call center job, but rather an opportunity to work with a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering a world-class customer experience. You will be working independently, taking initiative, and working with little supervision to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and timely attendance

Requirements

* High School Diploma

• Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
• Able to Pass a Background Check
• Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite Experience
• 2 Years of customer Service Experience
