Job Summary

As a Technical Program Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver complex cloud infrastructure and data analytics projects. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategic plans to drive business outcomes. Your expertise in data analysis, process improvement, and project management will be essential in driving business success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with a team of Designers and Organizers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC)

• Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, gather and analyze data, and develop strategic plans to drive business outcomes
• Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
• Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business suggestions based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to drive growth and improvement

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience
• 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics
• 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting sheets and controlling data collections using SQL

Preferred Qualifications

* 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical

• 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles
• Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within multiple teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
